Provides empowerment-based tenant counseling, education, and assistance to help tenants learn their rights and take action to resolve housing problems. Trained non-attorney tenant counselors offer phone tenant counseling services to assist people with questions about landlord-tenant laws and discuss strategies to prevent housing loss.
