Provides mental health services for adults including screening and evaluation, consultation and treatment, and information and referral. Treatment includes individual and group therapy, case management, medication support, and supported housing.

FEES: Accepts OHP, Medicare and some private insurances. Sliding scale fees and payment plans available for uninsured patients.
