Provides intensive support through individualized case management, parenting education, home visits, and group activities. Children participate in therapeutic classrooms with low adult-child ratios and families receive home visits that promote healthy parenting and child development. Preschool Promise offered at all locations except for La Pine.

-Preschool Promise: Ages 3-5; need to be 3 by September 1st
-Parent and children must be enrolled to receive most services

"High-risk" typically means households experiencing several of the following factors: poverty, high stress, depression, history of mental illness, lack of reliable transportation, single-parent households, criminal history, adult survivors of child abuse, history of drug or alcohol use, unemployment, low self-esteem, limited education, anger issues, homelessness, or social isolation.
