Provides car seat checks with a certified car seat technician as well as installation. Primary caregivers may also purchase a car seat. Child must be present to fit the car seat correctly.

FEES: Car seats are provided on a sliding scale based on income. Priority is given to low income families. Households at or below 100% Federal Poverty Level pay $10 for an infant or convertible car seat, and $5 for a booster. Households making 100 – 200% FPL pay half of the cost of the car seat. Households above 200% FPL may purchase a car seat at cost.

Car seat checks are available for free.
