Network of local agencies and churches committed to preventing child abuse and helping at-risk families manage crisis situations by providing out-of-home respite care. Volunteer families build relationships with at-risk families and can open their homes to at-risk children.

The program works towards child welfare deflection by providing a safe alternative to child welfare custody. Also works towards child abuse prevention by providing an at-risk parent with a safe, temporary place for their child without threat of losing custody and averting potential abuse/neglect episodes.
