    INTAKE PROCEDURE: Must be referred. Participation requires school district authorization and referral by Coordinated Care Organization or Kaiser Permanente.
    FEES: Varies by program. Nearly all LifeWorks Northwest programs accept OHP/Medicaid and Medicare. Some programs serve uninsured individuals or offer free or discounted services.
