HELPING HANDS REENTRY OUTREACH CENTERS
Provides emergency shelter, housing, food, clothing, and a comprehensive needs assessment process supported by a case manager to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness, coping with addiction, those who are in crisis, and/or those who are re-entering the community from incarceration. Establishes networks with partner agencies to offer counseling, identification, schooling, and job placement. Also has in-person assisters to help apply for health insurance. Once admitted to the emergency shelter, clients can use the space 24 hours per day / 7 days per week for 30 days, with an option for a long term reentry program.

Shelter Services: Clients must not have or be under the influence of any intoxicants on-site or individuals with a registered sex offense
