-Household income at or below 65% of Area Median Income (AMI)
-One of the following housing statuses must apply to the tenant:
1. Received eviction notice
2. Imminent risk of homelessness
3. Homeless under other federal statuses
4. Fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence
5. Unstably housed

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for appointment when line is open. Leave a message with first name, last name, and phone number. Calls are returned on a first-come, first-served basis. No walk-ins accepted.

DOCUMENTS: Photo ID for adults, Social Security cards, and proof of income for the past 30 days for all adults
