Provides home delivered meals, naturalization assistance, homebound assistance, limited transportation assistance, case management, health and wellness activities, and focal point leadership for older adults and their caregivers. An Information and Assistance specialist is available to provide information and referrals.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information
FEES: Varies by service. Sliding scale fee for Oregon Project Independence (OPI) services. Some services are free.
DOCUMENTS: ID for most services. For Naturalization services, permanent residency (green card) is required.
LANGUAGES: English, Arabic, Vietnamese, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Nepali, Burmese, and a few African languages are spoken by staff. Phone interpretation available for other languages.
AREA SERVED: Citizenship program: Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties
OPI: 82nd to 162nd and from the Willamette River to the Columbia River
