Provides emergency financial assistance for electric, gas, heating fuel (oil, wood, propane) and water bills when appointments are available.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for an appointment when the line is open. Leave a message with the applicant's name, phone number, Social Security number, and utility company name to request an appointment. Please speak clearly and slowly.
FEES: None
DOCUMENTS: For appointments, must bring all of the following:
-Current utility bill in applicant's name
-Social Security cards for all household members
-Photo ID for all adults in the household
-Proof of income for the past 30 days for all adults in the household (TANF, SSI, unemployment, pay stubs, pension, child support, etc.). If any adult in the household has no income, they must come to the appointment with the applicant.
