-Meet income guidelines
-Can commit to 500 hours of sweat equity in construction
-Are United States citizens or permanent residents
-Have not owned a home in the past 3 years
-Have the ability to commit to a mortgage payment, which may require a steady income and credit history to be vetted by the organization

FEES:
Varies. Program participants are responsible for closing fees which
may be up to $3000 including a 0% down payment and a 0% interest
(0% APR) mortgage. Monthly mortgage payments will be no more than
30% of the homeowner's monthly gross income at time of sale.
