The Critical Home Repair program offers affordable repair services to qualified homeowners. Past repairs have included roofing, window and siding replacements, ramp construction, and more.

Eligibility: Applicants must live in and own home, meet income guidelines, be current on mortgage payments, have homeowner's insurance, have ability to pay a portion of the repair and permits, and be willing to partner with Habitat by completing sweat equity.
