YOUNG ADULTS IN TRANSITION
Young Adults in Transition (YAT) provides support services for young adults who suffer from mental health or behavioral challenges. YAT Teams establish relationships with young adults, families and peers, and all available support systems. Transitional treatment and intervention help young adults graduate school, continue education, find employment, maintain friendships, and gain independence.
