Provides educational, health, nutritional, and other services to children and families. Services for parents include goal setting and support, parenting classes, and opportunities for parents to network. Parental engagement emphasized.

Eligibility: Tribal families living in Coos County, Kilkich residents, and non-tribal families with children aged 3-5 years. Tribal families are given first priority for enrollment followed by Native Americans of other Tribes and non-native children.
