Eligibility:
1. Must have earned at least $1000 in wages from employers subject to Unemployment Insurance (UI) law and have total base year wages that equal or exceed 1.5 times the wages paid in the highest calendar quarter of the base year.
2. Must have some wages and have worked at least 500 hours in employment subject to UI law during the base year.
