Eligibility:
For rental assistance programs, all of the following are
required:
-Be a resident of Multnomah County
-Be at a substantial risk of experiencing homelessness
-Household income at or below 60% of area median income (AMI)

DOCUMENTS:
For rental assistance programs, all of the following are

-Identification for all adults over the age of 18. Driver's licenses/state ID cards, Social Security cards, passports, or birth certificates are accepted forms.
-Proof of income such as a pay stub, or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), child support, TANF award letters. Self attestation may also be accepted.
-Current leasing information
-Copy of eviction notice or Section 8 letter, if applicable
