LANE COUNTY HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Lane County Housing Assistance Program may be able to assist with the following through coordinated entry front door assessments, diversion, or homeless prevention:

-Assist individuals experiencing homelessness who are facing housing-related barriers acquire stable housing (e.g., need housing, short on funds to acquire housing that is lined up and needs one-time financial assistance).

-Assist individuals at risk of homelessness or unstably housed maintain and retain housing through prevention (e.g., cannot pay rent, facing eviction, doubled up and being asked to leave, etc.).
Eligibility: Households and individuals experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or facing housing-related barriers
Hours: -Hotline: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
-Service hours vary once connected to a caseworker
