-Assist individuals experiencing homelessness who are facing housing-related barriers acquire stable housing (e.g., need housing, short on funds to acquire housing that is lined up and needs one-time financial assistance).
-Assist individuals at risk of homelessness or unstably housed maintain and retain housing through prevention (e.g., cannot pay rent, facing eviction, doubled up and being asked to leave, etc.).

Households and individuals experiencing homelessness, at risk of
homelessness, or facing housing-related barriers
Hours:
-Hotline: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
-Service hours vary once connected to a caseworker

INTAKE PROCEDURE:
Call or email for information and for a full screening to determine
eligibility based on individual situation. Types of assistance vary
on a case by case basis. If calling after hours or when specialists
