Eligibility:
-Must not owe more than 6 months of back rent, and if you owe back,
you must have been financially impacted by Covid (loss of job,
medical expenses, childcare, etc.)
-Cannot be on Section 8 or in public housing
-Leaseholder and all adult members of the household must be on the lease. Children under 18 might need to be added to be eligible.
-Must have lived at current residence for at least one full month
-Tenant themselves must be applying for rent, property managers cannot apply on behalf of tenants.

INTAKE PROCEDURE:
Call to be screened for eligibility and to be added to the
waitlist. Once added to the waitlist, the agency coordinating the
financial assistance will be in contact to conduct a more detailed
eligibility assessment to move forward in the process if found
eligible.
