The 211info Resource Department maintains and updates an informational database (ReferNet) which provides comprehensive information and referral of social services to community members. Provides assistance to community partners that need to update or change their listing in the 211info databse, or those looking to get listed.

For childcare providers, 211info utilizes the Find Child Care Oregon (FCCO) statewide database for referrals. Updates to that system can be made through the local Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agency.
