ST VINCENT DE PAUL VETERAN SERVICES
Provides transitional housing for homeless veterans. Participants work towards goals, such as obtaining stable housing, increasing income/job skills, and achieving greater levels of self-determination. Services for participants include:
-Immediate medical referral
-Admission into treatment
-Financial literacy
-Initiation of mental health services
-Individual and group counseling
-Vocational assessment

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Must be referred by the US Department of Veterans Affairs. Interested veterans may attend a transitional housing meeting on Fridays at 10:30am, held at 1161 Grant Street (behind Papa's Pizza on W 11th Avenue).
