-Assist schools in meeting the educational needs of migrant students or english learner students
-Provides interpretation at parent/teacher conferences and facilitates home/school communications
-Assist parents with school registration and obtaining accident injury insurance for eligible children
-Helps with dental and health emergencies
-Conduct bilingual parental contacts, family visits, and phone contacts
-Offers a Migrant summer school
Migrant education is a federal program that provides funds to help state and local educational agencies remove barriers to migrant students' school enrollment, attendance, and achievement. These services can include tutoring, individual help in class or after school, summer school, free 24-hour accident injury insurance, parent involvement support, referrals to community resources, and college and career transition support for older youth.

Eligibility:
Must meet all of the following criteria:
-Age 21 and younger
-Eligible for free public education through grade 12 and who have not yet graduated or obtained a GED
-Moved in the preceding 36 months due to economic necessity from one residence to another and from one school district to another OR to accompany or join a parent, guardian, or spouse who is a migratory agricultural worker or migratory fisher
-Must have engaged in new qualifying temporary or seasonal work in agriculture or fishing within 60 days of the move
-Must have employment of less than 12 months duration in agricultural or fishing industries
-Age 21 and younger
-Eligible for free public education through grade 12 and who have not yet graduated or obtained a GED
