Eligibility: Familes of which there is a pregnant individual in the home or who have children ages 0-3 and are experiencing difficulties such as limited resources, domestic violence issues, substance abuse issues, mental health issues, or housing insecurities.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm; home visiting available some evenings by arrangement
