Automated appointment system: 24 hours per day / 7 days per
week.
New appointments are made available at varying times and are added at least weekly. Appointments are scheduled at least one week in advance.

INTAKE PROCEDURE:
Call the energy assistance line to check for available
appointments. When appointments are available, request an
appointment through the automated phone system. If no appointments
are available, callers are advised to check again the next day. Due
to the volume of calls, NAYA is only able to return calls from
individuals for pre-screening or to schedule energy assistance
appointments. Appointments will be scheduled in the order messages
are received and only when funding is available. Messages left
after appointments are full will not be returned.
