EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM
Home visiting program that promotes healthy birth outcomes, enhanced child development, and positive parenting skills. Services include home visits, socializations (where parents and their children meet with other children and their parents), parenting classes, goal setting and support, and opportunities for parents to network. Also provides center-based care for working families.

Eligibility: Pregnant individuals and families with infants and children ages 6 weeks-2 years. Families with incomes at or below 100% FPL are eligible. Children who are in foster care, homeless children, and children from families receiving public assistance (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families [TANF] or Supplemental Security Income [SSI]) are eligible regardless of income. Families with higher incomes and specific needs may also be eligible, but families with higher needs are prioritized.
