INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information. To license a dog, bring proof of rabies vaccination to Public Health Department at 715 NW Dimmick Street or to the Animal Shelter.
FEES: Varies by service. Dog licensing fees are $20 for altered dogs, $40 for unaltered dogs.
DOCUMENTS: Proof of rabies vaccination, proof of spay or neuter procedure
