VETERAN TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM
Administers the VA Grant and Per Diem (GPD) transitional housing program, which promotes the development and provision of supportive housing and/or supportive services. The goal of the program is to help homeless veterans achieve residential stability, increase their skill levels and/or income, and gain greater self-determination.
