DOCUMENTS: Completed application, proof of income for all household members over age 18, current copy of electric bill, current copy of gas bill (if applicable), landlord's signature (if applicant is a renter), and proof of homeownership (if applicant is a homeowner). Other documents related to the structure and property will be discussed during the intake process.
