Provides 18-hour classes typically delivered over a six week period that cover key information for being a responsible and stable tenant. Participants explore screening barriers they may have and take steps to address those barriers.

Upon completion, participants receive a certificate which is valid for 18 months and can bue used anywhere in the state of Oregon that can be presented to landlords when applying for housing,
