Provides electric, gas, heating fuel, and water (LIHWA) assistance. Eligible families and individuals will be assisted with a portion of their heating or cooling costs. Assistance is not guaranteed and dependent on funding availability.

DOCUMENTS: Social Security numbers for all household members that have one and ID for anyone over age 18 (e.g., drivers license/state ID card, a letter with the person's name and address on it). For electric/gas/water assistance, a copy of the bill is preferred but some individuals may be able to receive assistance without one on a case-by-case basis.
