SHIBA (Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance) programs offers information and assistance on Medicare benefits and limitations, including Part D, Medicare Advantage Plans, evaluation of Medicare supplemental insurance, assistance with billing problems, and referrals for legal assistance.
