Eligibility:
Applicants must meet four criteria to be eligible for WIC:
-Live in Oregon (US citizenship is NOT required to participate in WIC)
-Be pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding, or have an infant or child under age 5. Fathers, foster parents, and other guardians can also apply on behalf of a qualifying child. Meet income requirements.
