NURSE FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES
Families are partnered with a registered nurse early in their pregnancy and receive ongoing nurse home visits up to their child’s 5th birthday. Nurses provide health and developmental screenings to identify potential problems with growth, hearing, social-emotional development, oral health, and other issues. Nurses also offer breastfeeding support, parenting support, and general parenting education.
