HIV COMMUNITY SERVICES
Provides confidential case management independent living services to individuals living with HIV. This program provides expense assistance for HIV medications, transportation costs to medical care and case management appointments, insurance premium payments, transitional housing, rent payment assistance, dental care, disease management education, referrals to other agencies for basic needs, employment, and substance abuse treatment.
