AGING AND DISABILITY RESOURCE CONNECTION
The Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) of Oregon provides information, assistance, and initial eligibility screening for services to support older adults, people with disabilities, veterans, and their families and caregivers in assessing needs, identifying the most appropriate services to meet those needs, and linking to service providers. Helps facilitate access to social service programs and provides follow-up and advocacy to individuals experiencing barriers to services. ADRC services are provided by different agencies throughout Oregon, serving one or more counties each.
Eligibility: Age 60 and older, adults with disabilities, veterans, and their families and caregivers
