The Mentor Program provides skills training, individual, group, and family counseling. Outpatient Alcohol and Drug services are available in the community, provided through the Mid-Valley Behavior Care Network. Assessments and recommendations are provided to facilitate case planning. Family involvement is required whenever possible in developing individual treatment, family treatment or parent training plans.

Eligibility:
Age 14-19 year old youth that are court involved and on probation,
or parole to OYA for out of home placement
Hours:
Phone office hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Home placement services: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week

INTAKE PROCEDURE:
Youth are taken into program via referral by OYA Parole/Probation
Officer only. Youth has to be committed to the care, custody and
supervision of OYA by the Court for placement to occur.
