Eligibility:
Households that meet all of the following requirements:
-Are United States citizens or permanent residents
-Must live in our affiliate service area for at least 12 months
-Have not owned a home in the past 3 years
-Have not had a bankruptcy discharged within the past 3 years
-Are currently living in substandard, subsidized housing, overcrowded or unaffordable housing
-Can commit to 500 hours of sweat equity in construction
-Must have steady income sufficient to repay an affordable mortgage and satisfactory credit history
-Household within 50% to 80% of the Marion County median household income
