New tri-county 2-1-1 info system proves a popular resource

The new Linn, Benton, Lincoln 211 information system fielded 1,906 calls during its first six months of operation, November through April, reported Greg Roe of the United Way of Linn County and Jennifer Moore of the United Way of Benton and Lincoln Counties.
