Free Flu Shots in Hillsboro
Community Action and Linfield School of Nursing will be offering free flu shots to low-income and/or uninsured residents of Washington County. The clinic will take place on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 from 10am-2pm at Community Action’s Main Office, located at 1001 SW Baseline Street in Hillsboro.
Up to 400 flu shots and unlimited diabetes screening/testing will be administered at no cost to the public. A small number of hepatitis, pneumococcal (strep) and HPV vaccines will also be available for qualifying individuals. Seniors and children (over one year old) are eligible to receive tetanus and pneumonia vaccinations, in addition to the other clinical services being offered.
This is a bi-lingual program. The pre-screening process is non-invasive and is expected to take less than five minutes per individual.
Due to limited parking availability, clients and staff are advised to use the overflow lot across the street from Community Action’s Main Office. For a map of the area, please email Leticia Vitela at firstname.lastname@example.org
