St Vincent de Paul

St Vincent de Paul is currently accepting walk-ins for people who have a shut off notice. The first 30 walk-ins at 9am, Monday through Friday, will receive an appointment to determine eligibility for assistance. Financial assistance is only available from St Vincent de Paul once per year and is usually limited to $100, if eligible. Please bring your most recent utility bill. Saint Vincent De Paul’s address is 5120 SE Milwaukie Avenue, Portland OR 97202. Appointments are first come, first served for the first 30 people, so it is best to arrive before 9am. St Vincent De Paul does not accept phone calls for fiancial assistance.
