Impact NW will open their energy hotline on Tuesday, October 28th at 9:30am. Please call 503-988-6020 at that time. Impact NW will also accept walk-ins for Northwest Natural customers on Monday October 28th 8:30am-4:30pm. Please bring IDs for all adults, Social Security Cards for everyone in the household, current utility bill, and proof of income for the last 30 days for everyone in the household. SEI will accept appointment requests from Senior and Disabled persons only, on Thursday, October 30th from 9am-11am. Please call 503-240-0828 during that time to schedule an appointment for November 10th, 12th, or 13th.

St Vincent de Paul 
Appointments available? YES

St Vincent de Paul is currently accepting walk-ins for people who have a shut off notice. The first 30 walk-ins at 9am, Monday through Friday, will receive an appointment to determine eligibility for assistance. Financial assistance is only available from St Vincent de Paul once per year and is usually limited to $100, if eligible. Please bring your most recent utility bill. St Vincent De Paul’s address is 5120 SE Milwaukie Avenue, Portland OR 97202. Appointments are first come, first served for the first 30 people, so it is best to arrive before 9am. St Vincent De Paul does not accept phone calls for financial assistance. 

City of Portland Water Discount Program

Customers responsible for paying a City of Portland residential sewer/stormwater/water bill may be eligible for a quarterly discount on their bill. During a crisis, eligible customers may receive up to $150 in assistance once every 12 months. Eligibility depends on household income. If you receive food stamps you may be eligible for the City of Portland Water Discount Program. Please contact the following agencies for more information on how to apply:

If you are already enrolled in the City of Portland Water Discount Program and need to access your annual crisis voucher please call the Water Bureau at 503-823-7770. You will need to pay a portion of your bill to receive assistance.
