Community Action: Washington County - Community Action is the 2-1-1partner in Washington County. For 43 years, Community Action has been offering hope, help and change for families in poverty. Community Action programs promote the birth of healthy babies, reduce the potential for child abuse and neglect, increase children's chances for success in school, and improve the quality and accessibility of child care. The agency also offers energy assistance and workds to prevent homelessness. Clackamas County Social Services - A division of Clackamas County's Department of Human Services, consisting of two agencies: Aging and Disability Services and the Community Action Agency, which develop programs, provide services and advocate for older adults, persons with disabilities and low-income persons of all ages in the county.
