Every year thousands of people move to Oregon. But many get here without a clue of how to plug in to the support mechanisms that will help them transition into a new home. We often get calls from people who are confused by new regulations, agencies and practices. Here is the story of one such caller and the five bases to cover that will help new Oregonians make this transition.

But the benefits of our move have larger implications for the community.
