Seniors: Learn the ins and outs of foreclosure prevention [Portland]
WHAT’S HAPPENING: The people from the Minority Homeowner Assistance Collaborative want to get the word out to seniors about options and programs that are available to prevent foreclosure. The first 40 seniors to arrive will receive a $25 gift card. Complete a survey before you leave and you will receive a $10 gift card. Refreshments will be provided.
Even if the fear of foreclosure isn’t affecting your household, somebody who is facing the loss of their home could confide in you tomorrow. You would have resources to share with them and know that you were of help.
WHERE: Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs, 4134 N. Vancouver Ave., Portland
WHEN: Thursday, June 21, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
