Earlier this year, the Governor asked 211info to play a role in tsunami debris response efforts along the Oregon coast.

The latest in those efforts is the:

SOLVE Beach and Riverside Cleanup
Presented by the Oregon Lottery on
Saturday, September 22, 2012 from 10 am - 1pm

Sign Up Now to volunteer to pick up trash and enhance watershed health at over 100 sites across Oregon before the fall rains wash litter downstream into storm drains, waterways and out to sea. By preventing trash from reaching the ocean, you are sending a gift of clean water, healthy people, and abundant wildlife downstream.
