Last week we told you about free tax preparation sites opening in every Oregon county. While you're at one of those sites, or while doing taxes elsewhere, make sure to check out your EITC eligibility. Every year 20 percent of people eligible for this tax credit don't claim it, leaving billions of dollars on the table.
