Free healthy cooking classes for adults

Join Oregon Food Bank for a six-week cooking course that will teach you how to prepare nutritious and affordable meals.

Everyone would like to save a buck here and there while still being able to put healthy food on the table. Oregon Food Bank can help you do just that with these classes. Participants will:

  • receive a free cookbook with tips and recipes
  • learn money-saving tips during a grocery store tour
  • receive a free bag of groceries to take home

Eligibility: This course is designed for participants living on a low income. Classes are open to households at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. $3975/month for a family of four or $1945/month for individuals. Registration required.
