Step into teller and customer service specialist positions among other roles confidently. Lane Community College Employer Training Services, WorkSource Lane, and Lane County banks and credit unions have collaborated to create a training curriculum to bring applicants up to speed. 

Take a look at these minimum qualifications to judge your eligibility: 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Lane County resident
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Age 50 or older
  • Desire to work in customer service or financial services

Keep in mind that these positions are entry-level, yet the experience gained could lead to numerous opportunities in the industry.
