Join the annual SHOC Walk & Run to help raise funds for cancer research

On Saturday, Aug.1, join over 700 runners and walkers for the annual SHOC Walk & Run, always on the first Saturday in August. The event offers a timed 5K and 10K walk or run option, along with an untimed 1-Mile Family Fun Walk.

The course, which begins at Team Latus Motors Harley-Davidson, 870 E Berkeley St., Gladstone, OR 97027, offers a casual stroll or an invigorating run along the peaceful Clackamas River and throughout the town of Gladstone.

The SHOC Walk & Run is an opportunity for families, businesses, survivors and supporters from surrounding communities to come together for a common cause; to raise money and awareness about cervical cancer. Dogs and strollers are welcome. Online registration now open.

The SHOC (Sherie Hildreth Ovarian Cancer) Foundation raises funds for ovarian cancer research at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). The SHOC Foundation also works to increase public awareness about the disease and connecting survivors with the resources to assist them on their journey.
