Homeless Law Project at Sandy Public Library

On Tuesday, June 9, from 1pm-3pm, the Homeless Law Project will be in the Study Room at the Sandy Public Library (38980 Proctor Blvd., Sandy, OR 97055). This project provides information and, in some cases, representation to people experiencing homelessness whose civil legal issues involve, for example:

  • Access to public benefits (SSI, food stamps, etc.)
  • Employment
  • Identification
  • Housing, landlord-tenant
  • Camping/trespass
  • Park exclusions
  • Sidewalk obstruction ordinance

The project cannot assist with criminal or family cases (divorce, child custody, etc.).

Sign up for a free, brief consultation during clinic hours with an attorney from the Oregon Law Center. Sign-ups will take priority and drop-ins will be seen as time allows. Sign up at the library or call 503-668-5537.
