“Caring Discipline That Works” parent workshop in SE Portland begins April 7

Are your child’s behavioral issues causing undue stress within your family? Are you searching for a gentler, more effective way of responding without resorting to raised voices? Then look into a parenting class beginning on April 7 in Portland that introduces parents to “Caring Discipline That Works”. 

In this weekly class designed for parents of children ages 2-18, you will:

  • Strengthen your self- awareness and improve your co- parenting 
  • Discover 10 tools to address the most challenging and common child behaviors 
  • Learn how to respond without raising your voice 

Class instructors are parents themselves, and  have personal experiences and insight to share as they teach. 

Scholarships are available for this course, which will be offered at two Portland locations. If you are near Escuela Viva, (1111 SE Pine St, Portland, OR 97214) classes are on Tuesdays from April 7-May 5. If you are free on Mondays or out further east, come to TaborSpace, (5441 SE Belmont St, Portland, OR 97215) beginning April 20-May 18 for your classes.
