Give input on the Oregon Health Plan at North Portland discussion

It’s your opportunity to give feedback on the Oregon Health Plan. Which aspects are working well? Which aspects could use improvement or re-thinking? Health Share of Oregon wants to know your concerns and suggestions so that they can better deliver the Oregon Health Plan. 

Whether you are a community member or health care provider, you are invited to a series of forum events to make your voice heard. One such conversation is coming up on January 14 in North Portland at the Charles Jordan Community Center (University Park), 9009 N. Foss Ave, Portland, OR from 6-7:30 pm. 

This healthcare forum is a free event that welcomes everyone in the community. Free dinner and child care will also be available. Accommodations including sign language, closed captioning, and interpretation are available upon request. please contact Joe Enlet at 503-416-4959 at least 3 days before the meeting to allow arrangements to be made. 

Take TriMet bus #4 Fessenden or enter the designated parking lot through entrances off N. Alaska or N. Houghton.
